Methodology
GROWTH-360: diagnose before you prescribe.
Every engagement follows the same four stages. It's how we avoid selling you a package before understanding the account — and how you can verify the work at every step.
STAGE 01
Diagnose
- What goes in
- Marketplace panel access (view is enough), settlement reports, catalogue export, ad reports — whichever the constraint needs.
- What comes out
- A written findings document: what's blocking growth, with the evidence line by line — order IDs, fee entries, search ranks, ACOS against margin.
- Timing
- Typically 5–10 working days from access.
STAGE 02
Prioritise
- What goes in
- The findings, your margins and your capacity.
- What comes out
- A ranked fix list — impact against effort, in rupees where the data allows. Plus the written scope: deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, reporting and commercial terms.
- Timing
- Reviewed together on a call; scope in writing before any work starts.
STAGE 03
Fix
- What goes in
- The agreed scope and least-privilege access.
- What comes out
- The work itself — claims filed, listings rebuilt, campaigns restructured, processes installed. Every change is logged.
- Timing
- Sprint-length engagements by default; ongoing only when it earns it.
STAGE 04
Measure
- What goes in
- Marketplace reports and the baseline captured at diagnosis.
- What comes out
- A ledger that adds up: what changed, what it produced, what's next. Numbers you can verify in your own panel — not our dashboard.
- Timing
- Monthly, in writing, for as long as we work together.
What this method deliberately won't do
- We don't guarantee rankings, revenue or recovery amounts — no honest operator can.
- We don't publish client names or data. Case studies are anonymised by category, and only with permission.
- We work within each marketplace's terms and permission systems — no grey-hat shortcuts that put the account at risk.
- If the diagnosis finds the account healthy, we say so. Some engagements should end at the findings document.
Confidentiality, stated plainly
Client accounts, numbers and identities stay private — that's why you won't see logos or named testimonials here. What we can show you on a call, under NDA where needed: redacted settlement findings, sample scorecards and the working method above. A clear redacted methodology beats vague anonymous praise.
Start with the diagnosis →Start with the diagnosis
Find the constraint first. Then decide what to fix.
No package pitch before we understand the account. The diagnosis shows you the evidence — the scope comes after, in writing.
